We will only collect the following information that is necessary for the purpose of achieving the game's function.

1.1 Information you provide to us

1.1.1 Registration Information: Information you provide to us when sign up for an account for the Game, including Email address and information we import from your connected social media account (Facebook, Google, Twitter and etc.).

1.1.2 Information you provide while using our services. When you set up your profile for the Game or participate in our promotional activities, or you contact us via our customer service, you may provide your name, phone number, home address or other related information.

1.1.3 Information provided by you when you make purchase in the Game, in the case we will collect the information that you provide to facilitate the payment.

1.1.4 We may need to collect your Personal Sensitive Information so that we can provide specific game function to you. You have the right to choose not to provide such information, but you may not be able to use the specific game functions. If you choose to provide such information voluntarily, you agree that we process your Personal Sensitive Information in accordance with the purposes and methods provided in this policy.

• Location Information: For example, we may collect your general location when you use the location-related services, in order to provide relevant service for you.
• Other relevant information: For you to better use our product or service, we will collect relevant information, such as the friends list, group list information upon your prior consent.

• We may collect your information contained in the information shared by other users, such as photos or videos published by other users may contain your information.
• We may obtain information about you from business partners, contractors, and other third parties and add it to our account information or other information we have collected.

• Registration Information (Social ID on social media accounts, email address): We use Registration Information to set-up user accounts, allow users to log-in to the Game and provide Services to users. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• Device Information (Device ID, Device Type, Operating System, CPU, RAM, IP address, MAC address): We use this information to provide and improve the Game Services such as: to allow users to download and install the Game on their devices; to record and keep track of requests from users of the Game; to detect the user network and device status when the user is playing the Game; and to correct bugs or errors that occur when the user is playing the Game. Use of Device Information is necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the Game.
• Contact Information (Name, Email, Address, Phone Number, Instant Messaging Account): This information applies to us when you voluntarily provide it to us: (i)We use this information to send notifications to users to inform them of our promotional activities and any rewards they are entitled to;(ii) Providing you with new product or service information, features, or enhancements to products; (iii) addressing to your customer service or technical support. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• Location Information: We use this information to provide some Location Based Services such as forming a team with people nearby. We use this information with your prior consent when you use the related service (if any). We also use an IP address to surface the appropriate country-based version of a game offering to a user.
• Social ID: We use this information to help you to share certain content on social media. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• User Profile: We use this information to provide customized services to users such as personal information page. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• Game Data: We use this information to provide Services to users as it is the basis of our Game. Use of Game Data is necessary to perform our contract with you to provide the Game.

• Facebook, that processes Device ID and some of in-app activities, for the purpose of the evaluation of its marketing services;
• Apple, that processes of purchase information, for the purpose of providing in-app purchase;
• Google, that processes of purchase information, for the purpose of providing in-app purchase;
• related group companies, with whom we share all of your personal information to operate the Game Services. The transfers contemplated above are made pursuant to our contract with you.
• law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organisations. We disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to:

·  enforce our terms of service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof;

You have the right to manage your information according to the applicable law.

• Right to object: you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you.

8. Data retention

We only keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to fulfil our legal obligations.  When you delete data, we follow an internal deletion policy to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. In some cases, rather than provide a way to delete data, we store it for a predetermined period of time. For each type of data, we set retention timeframes based on the reason for its collection. We will securely erase your information in advance of these deadlines if we decide that we no longer need it.

Subject to the laws of your country of residence, minor children with limited capacity or with incapacity may utilize a Game Account established by their parent or legal guardian. If you are the guardian of a minor, and in the event that you permit your minor child to use our Game Service you hereby agree to this Agreement on behalf of yourself and your Child, and you understand and agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Account by your Child whether or not such uses were authorized by you.
